Typing Experience

The first time I typed on a key board I think I was like in first grade. However, it was used more of to research and go on websites rather than to type essays. I was introduced to typing skills in fifth grade, but it was confusing to me, so I never properly learned. I felt pretty comfortable typing, but I did notice that I wasn't very fast. I type on a keyboard at least 5 times a week, because a lot of by homework has to do with writing current events, essays, and etc. My typing experience for the activity was kind of stressful because I would keep forgetting where the letters or numbers were placed, since my hand was covering them. I was surprised on how difficult it can be to type and how typing can improve by practicing and learning the correct finger positioning.
